Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During busy periods, launches, or promotions, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We will work with the courier to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.
